Hi, I’m Lisa!

I’ve spent my career creating spaces where health is more than something you check off a list, but a lived experience.

Authentic, joyful and multi-dimensional.

My work sits at the intersection of public health, nutrition, fitness, and human connection—rooted in a deep belief that health is never just one thing. It’s not just about how you look, what you eat, or how often you train. Health is how you feel, how you live, and how connected you are to yourself and your community.

In 2022, I earned my Master’s in Public Health Nutrition from NYU, where I focused on the systems and structures that shape our well-being—from food equity to social determinants of health. But my passion has always been personal: helping people create lives that feel good on the inside, not just look good on the outside.

As the co-founder and CEO of Woven, I led the vision for a physical space that blended strength training, healthy habits, and community under one roof. We didn’t just want to help people work out or eat better—we wanted to shift the narrative. To create a second home where people felt seen and supported.

Before working in health, I spent years designing in the fashion industry—an experience that shaped how I see the world and continue to blend aesthetic, creativity, and function in the way I approach wellness today. From the kitchen to the gym, from one-on-one coaching to public health strategy, my mission is always the same: to help people feel strong and inspired.

I believe wellness is multifaceted—it’s the meals you prep, the boundaries you set, the movement you enjoy, the relationships you nurture, and the purpose you wake up for.

I’m here to help you build a life that reflects all of it.
